Cancellations
We do not accept Cancellations or Returns once an order has been placed. The order can be exchanged with another item of the same or higher value, in case it has not been shipped yet. This can be done by writing to us at [email protected]. We will be happy to resolve all your queries.
Refunds
In case any order is declined by Oonnat and you have made the payment online, Oonnat will reissue your refund within 5-6 business days. All our products go through a quality check procedure. In case you receive any damaged piece by Oonnat, we will replace it.
