We aim to simplify your shopping experience and will constantly make efforts to improve our customers’ experience on our site. These policies may change in the future.

Order processing time
The pieces, which are in stock, shall be sent in 1-2 days of the order, except for public holidays.
In case of any customization required it might take more time depending on the type of request. This shall be individually communicated to the customer on a case-by-case basis.
Hand Knitted Collection
We want you to know that our pieces from the Bunaii collection are 100% hand knitted with love and it takes several days to complete one piece. We are working with a passionate team of women who belong to underprivileged sections of the society and they are knitting experts so when you buy any handknitted product from us. Know that you are supporting them!
We mostly have one-off pieces of hand knitted sweaters and even if the product shows out of stock, you can still get it made from us but this will take around 15-20 days.
Returns, Changes and Cancellations
At Oonnat, we value your satisfaction and believe in making your shopping experience delightful. We have updated our cancellation and return policy to better serve your needs.
Cancellations:
You can now cancel your order for all products, except for our handknitted items, if it has not been shipped yet. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to accommodate your requests.
Returns:
We accept returns for all products, except for our handknitted items. However, please keep in mind that our handknitted products are crafted by women artisans from marginalized communities. We aim to support these artisans and ensure the sustainability of their craft.
For Size Issues:
If you encounter a size issue with your handknitted product, we offer the option to exchange your order. Please be aware that this process may take some time, as each product is meticulously handmade. We will create a new product according to your size if it’s not readily available in our inventory.
